How do you earn VIP points?
Every bet or game you play on jongle earns you points automatically. You get 1 point for every BDT 100 wagered on casino games, 1 point for every BDT 150 on Sports Betting, and 1 point for every BDT 120 on Live Casino.
Points are always calculated automatically — there is no need to claim them separately. Simply log in to your jongle dashboard to see your current points balance and level.
Tier Retention Rules
Your points are reviewed once every three months. If you maintain the points required for your current level, your level stays the same. If not, you will drop one level — but you won't have to start from the very beginning.
Jongle is very transparent about this. You'll receive a notification before any tier change, giving you time to earn enough points to maintain your current status.
How does cashback work?
Cashback is calculated every Monday based on the previous week's net losses. If you ended the week in profit, no cashback applies for that week. If you had a net loss, a set percentage of that loss is returned directly to your account.
Jongle's cashback isn't tied up in complex wagering conditions like many other platforms. Starting at 5% at the Silver tier and going up to 15% at Diamond — it's yours to use right away.

At Platinum level and above, you get a dedicated account manager. They don't just resolve issues — they also customize offers to your preferences, give you early access to new games, and handle any special requests you may have.
